What are the main functions of the CoAPCR?

The Consortium of Academic Programs in Clinical Research (CoAPCR) facilitates the development of high-quality educational programs encompassing all areas of clinical research that are based in academic credit-granting institutions. Its mission is to:

  • Provide a medium for communication among educators of clinical research professionals.
  • Encourage and support the development and maintenance of academically based clinical research educational programs to meet the needs of the clinical research community.
  • Foster inter-institutional articulation among educational institutions, clinical institutions, professional associations, and industry.
  • Initiate and/or support research and studies relating to the educational, manpower and service needs of clinical research professionals.

How do I become involved with CoAPCR?

Once your organization is a member of CoAPCR, you are able and encouraged to participate in the various committees. Refer to the committee tab for information on the different committees. If interested in joining a committee please contact the committee chair.

What is the cost of a CoAPCR membership?

 

  • Regular (Institutional) Membership:  $250 annual membership fee. 
  • Sponsoring (Supporting) Membership:  $1000 annual membership fee.
  • Sustaining Membership:  $100 annual membership fee. 

How do I add my school’s clinical research program to the directory?

 

In order to add your school, you first to need to become a member of CoAPCR.
