OBJECTIVES

The CoAPCR 2026 Annual Meeting is a crucial platform for career development and innovation in clinical research education and training. The conference seeks to meet the following objectives:


Members of CoAPCR are organizations or individuals categorized into one of three membership types. Individuals who are faculty, staff, current students, or employees of an organization that is an Institutional or Supporting member can attend CoAPCR events. Sustaining members are individuals not associated or joining independent of their organization.

In-person Attendees: individuals of CoAPCR member organizations should complete their in-person registrations by September 7th, 2026, to allow dinner reservations on September 5th and secure hotel accommodations. 

Virtual Attendees: individuals of CoAPCR member organizations planning to attend virtually should register by October 7th, 2026

Guests of a CoAPCR member: a CoAPCR member may sponsor an approved guest interested in attending a public session(s) of the CoAPCR 2026 Annual Meeting. The guest should work with the Member Representative and the CoAPCR Organizing Committee.

During the registration process, people can submit proposals for sessions and poster presentations. Further information on session and poster presentation submission is described below.

The 2026 Annual Meeting registration fee is included in the member's annual renewal. Additional costs for the dinner, transportation, lodging, parking, and printing are not included.

Varies by membership type

The 2026 Annual Meeting registration fee is equivalent to the annual renewal fee for the membership type. Additional costs for the dinner, transportation, lodging, parking, and printing are not included.

Session Proposals: CoAPCR is hosting workshops, panel discussions, and presentations for the 2026 Annual Meeting. The table below lists the session categories and topics being presented. If you have an idea for an activity during the meeting, please let us know. Meeting attendees may submit more than 1 proposal.

Please complete the Proposal Submission form (opens a new window) for EACH activity you or your organization plans to submit. A review committee will contact you if the submission is accepted. Proposal submissions must be made no later than 5 PM EST, July 1st, 2026, to allow adequate time for committee review and approval.

Poster Presentations: A poster session will be held during the annual meeting, so members can share information about their academic programs, organizations, research findings, professional practice, or other achievements. The table below lists the presentation categories and topics. Each member organization should plan to have a poster on their organization (eg, Overview of UNCW's Clinical Research Program). Meeting attendees may submit more than 1 poster.

Please complete the Poster Submission form (opens a new window) for EACH poster submission you or your organization plans to submit. A review committee will contact you if the submission is accepted. Poster submissions should be completed no later than 5 PM EST, July 31st, 2026, to allow for committee review and approval.
