Our Global Clinical Trial Operations organization oversees and conducts all of the operations involved in executing company-sponsored clinical trials.  We provide strategic input and feedback into global clinical development and operational plans in order to increase project value and R&D productivity.  We design, plan, implement, project-manage and complete company protocols conducted globally—including biologics, devices, vaccines and small molecules—working to the highest ethical and regulatory standards, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
